Texas - a Travelogue is the working title for a research-based project that explores the relation between sculpture, site and nature. It centers on travels through Texas, the second-largest state in USA. The goal is to re-discover what defines distinctive sites that merge the landscape with specific works of art.

Texas is a place of contrast where the mass-produced objects of industrial America often meets a primordial and panoramic landscape that instigates a certain state of mind the magnitude of the modern world is mirrored in the vast countryside.
